Sam Rowe - Partner / Designated Broker

Samuel J. Rowe, professional banker, real estate broker, mortgage banker, entrepreneur for the past 46 years.

Mr. Rowe has 25 years of banking experience, holding positions of President and CEO of FDIC insured institutions. He has been President , CEO and owner of six major mortgage banking firms in three different states over the past 22 years.

He held a real estate broker's license in California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii. He currently holds his brokerage license in Nevada and Arizona, where he is the designated Broker in Scottsdale, and owns his own company in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mr. Rowe brings tremendous experience to the Rowe, Baldwin and DeVries Real Estate Services firm and contributes to the existing teas of experts.

Baxter Baldwin - Partner / General Counsel

Since 1999, Mr. Baldwin has been involved in Phoenix / Scottsdale real estate. After founding a successful real estate brokerage with business partner Chad DeVries, Mr. Baldwin received his law degree and became licensed to practice law in the State of California.

Mr. Baldwin serves as In-House Counsel for Rowe Baldwin and DeVries, establishing both policies and procedures for the company as well as overseeing compliance issues on the real estate transactions. Baxter brings a unique perspective to the company, analyzing real estate scenarios from both a business and legal background.

Chadwick W. DeVries - Partner / Director of Sales & Marketing

Since 1996 Chad has been involved with both local and International Real Estate, allowing him a unique proficiency in market trends, contract negotiations, customer relations and advertising strategies. Chad takes a unique approach in the ever changing Real Estate market with a philosophy of "thinking outside the box ."

Chad has successfully closed over 50 properties in greater phoenix over the past year and treats each one of his clients with excellent interpersonal communication and specializes in all facets of real estate. Chad is heavily involved and proficient in Short Sale, REO, New build , rental and high end development.
